I saw the Ike and Tina Turner review in Vancouver back in the late 60s. Part of the "act" was for Tina to work with the microphone as though it were, how shall I put this . . . the male member. Quite memorable for a teenager. While Ike was a vile person, I preferred their music to Tina's as a solo act. You must, however, give her much credit for all that she has accomplished.
