The two bombs ended the war - saved millions of Allied and Japanese lives. Hindsight is always 20/20.
I 100% agree with the first Anonymous commenter.
I find it absolutely disgusting that some ultra-left activists are now trying to spin a web of lies, saying that the Japanese were trying to sue for peace when these bombs were dropped. Not a bit to truth to that. In fact, there was a vote by the Japanese war cabinet after the first bomb was dropped to continue on as before.
And please God, no more!
