One issue neither of you mentioned is the heritage nature of the grounds. Not only can mansions or walls be valued, but green space is so important in the city.
Those grounds with mature trees, hedges, pathways and garden design are valuable. Where else can over 100 residents enjoy that style of living space?
I don't live anywhere near the area and never will but I would vote to preserve the Mews for our future. We need green open space inside the city far more than we need another f***in' condo tower! Sorry:)
