The current Liberal/NDP political fiasco share one credo - "TAX THE RUBE."
The property transfer tax and the "fees" the BC government extracts to probate an estate are both unreasonably high.
In both cases all the government does is vet forms and extract cash.
They are total cash cows, and the value for money the people of BC receive from these extractions is debatable.
