Keith,

You do realize that Hamas has deliberately embedded itself amongst the civilian population, right?

And on the other side of the border, the Israelis have built shelters throughout. The rule there is that everyone must be within 15 seconds of a shelter at all times.

So given that, what precisely is the point of your numeric comparison?
