I've taken a firm policy of not responding to Anonymous posters. And if they say something stupid, nasty, or just unrelated to the posting, I just delete the post. To me, such comments are akin to graffiti and it ain't happening on my little corner of the world.

You know, Robert, I try to give everyone the opportunity to speak. But there is a peculiar animal out there that loves to hide in the weeds and take potshots about nothing.
This is the mani reason I stopped writing for TheTyee.ca. The comments went on for weeks and rarely had anything to do with the subject at hand.
This particular person, obsessed with my persoanl life, will not be heard from again on this site.
