The costs of building an expansion to Vancouver's Aquarium, like the costs of building anything, are soaring.

The original estimate was $80 Million. Now it is approaching $120 Million.

So what?

Build the thing.

The Park Board long ago approved this expenditure.

It's good for the City, good for kids and families, good for tourism and good for me. I like the place.

Build it and stop kvetching.
