Sins of Omission

In yesterday's rant about ultrasound, I forgot to mention the obvious.

Clearly a business opportunity exists. One clinic, hundreds of huddled, anxious patients, waiting, waiting, waiting, being shuttled through strange doors to even stranger, little rooms. Why isn't the owner of this service, which is being funded by our health care system, opening a second and a third shop?
