I just tuned in and I can see (hear) why Robert likes you so much, you've got common sense, which is rather rare nowadays. Thanks for voicing, what us ordinary folks think!

Mr. Fussy must have been involved in a mass cloning project because I have the strong sense that most every customer service rep in this city acts pretty much the same way!
As for those British civil servants, what comes first, the chicken or the egg? Put another way, does the work create people who think that way or do people who think that way tend to work for the government?!?
