Taser Murder - Chapter 5

Examine the headline:

'MOUNTIES DELAYED CPR FOR DYING MAN."

"Delayed?????"

I didn't know they even considered for a nano-second CPR.

So now we learn that when the paramedics arrived and quickly determined (Have you ever had cause to call on paramedics? I have. Twice. They are the most amazing, efficient, competent and caring people I have ever met! If you or someone near you ever has am emergent health issue, do NOT drive or call a taxi...call 911 and call it right smart.) that Robert Dziekanski had no breath and no pulse.

The paramedics asked the cop/thugs to take off the handcuffs. At first they refused.

Why are these disgraces still in uniform?

David,

You ask why these disgraced officers are still in uniform. Before that, you need to ask why their colleagues are over in Poland gathering information on the man whose life they took. Look for a vast negative PR effort to commence once they get back. It's sick, completely sick.

They delayed the CPR since they clearly did not want to get 'dirty'.

Why else go into the situation planning to deploy the taser?

(one of the policemen were overheard on the audio track asking about using the taser within 10 seconds of entering the airport)

These rookies are still in uniform since the 'force' cannot make their recruitment numbers!

I Think the fire dep't guys got there first and the RCMP refused their request to remove the handcuffs, then they also refused the paramedics. So, this makes it twice as bad. Petalusa is right about the trip to Poland but last I heard they hadn't got permission from Ottawa to go. That may change at any moment. Cheers.

What is most depressing about all of this sad, sorry affair.

1) these rookies did not follow their basics in a situation and will never be brought to heel for it.

2) their superiors, instructors and supervisors do not give a damn about these mistakes and will also not be 'improving' their actions ~ meaning we will get to see more of this sort of thing in the future, not less.

3) both 1 & 2 will come about because the 'target' will be declared to have been in a state of "excited delirium" (whatever the hell that is?!?) and the entire 'investigation' will END there. Nothing about RCMP actions, nothing about RCMP training, nothing about RCMP mistakes.

Remember David, I was the one whom two days after the initial reports came out told you that there would be no YVR videotapes of the inicident available?

Now I am telling you that this will be swept under the carpet.

The only part I cannot tell for sure is what the Polish diplomatic response might be.

Ironic that we went to war in 1939, because some brownshirts in jackboots marched all over Poland, now here we are doing the same to one of their citizens trying to emigrate?
