British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell.

Court filing says employee was ordered to delete records that lawyers in a government corruption trial have insisted are critical to the defence of their clients.

Well I was going to say, "Unbelievable", but given that last 8 years this phrase is no longer appropriate...

I would suggest "criminal" would be best these days...

It's time for a special prosecutor to get involved, not in the Basi Virk trial, but in determining whether the Premier's Office, the Premier and/or ministers are involved in hampering justice.

British Columbians need recall legislation like they have in Oregon!
