In any case, B.C. Finance Minister has removed a bit of the HST sting today, announcing about $235 Million in relief rebates for schools and hospitals.

Does this mean they were being untruthful previously when they said there was no more flexibility to allow for exemptions and rebates?
There are really no limits for Campbell, Hansen and friends, although I suppose they are consistent with their dishonesty.
