The headline doesn't say, "City Hires 96 more Police."

It says, "Mayor want to hire 96 more Police."

Quite an about-face from The Nutty One who has openly hated the police for several years and who has fought them tooth and nail of more hires at every turn.

It is clear that he is in desparation election mode and will change any opinion at will to curry public favor.
