Malice?
The Victoria Police are appealing the ruling in which Willow Kinloch was awarded $60,000.
Good.
This case is too muddied and too lacking in convincing evidence fo the decision rendered.

Perhaps Ms. Willow "it's all about me" Kinloch should sue her Charm School Coach, and pay the $60,000.00 back to the Taxpayers who funded her charade.
Just wait.........the Appeals Court will double the award!
