The Cambie Village Business Association will officially launnch their lawsuit against Transclunk for the will ful and thoughtless damage done to their livelihoods.
I hope they succeed.

This and several private lawsuits are in the offing.
Grumpy, being very Grumpy, is advising one merchant in her lawsuit and the plaintiff's lawyer is very interested in Grumpy's take, which is simply "go for the jugular'.
Grumpy will love to see the likes of Dobel, Bird and Falcon on the stand squirming, defending the undependable.
"Ma Lord, just which city in the world did not compensate residents and merchants along a cut and cover subway line?" "Only Vancouver you say.....pity."
Can't say more but it just may make BC Rail-gate look like an appetizer.
