Starving Your Own

I confess I had no idea how dreadful is the state of ordinary life in Mugabe's Zimbabe.

The headline in today's Sun business section trumpets $58 Billion for a Coke. And it is not a misprint.

The story is astonishing.

In the news section, the dance between the African Union, the UN and Mugabe continues at a very slow trot.

When will the UN become something true and real?

During the seventies Zimbabwe was called Rhodesia and run by a white government under the leadership of Ian Smith.
Their economy was the strongest in Africa.
Full employment and no starving.

Tied in with this, David, is this editorial by none other than the Canadian Islamic Congress' president-for-life, Mohammed Elmasry. I dare your readers to read through it from beginning to end and not come to the conclusion that it's an April Fool's joke. But check the calendar and you'll realize it's not!

So first this man feels it's perfectly fine for him and his cohorts to control what's said in the media (ie. the Maclean's / Mark Steyn case). Now he's trying to convince us that Robert Mugabe is simply misunderstood.

Welcome to our future? Let's hope not!!

Never.

The UN is a distraction from the real power games that have not changed since the French Revolution.
