There's some other parallel universe at work with the story in last week's Courier about the president of Concord properties regularly taking Vancouver Council members out on his yacht, dining at elegant restaurants, and providing them with tickets to Cirque de Soleil, Canucks, etc.
Whatever became of conflict of interest and ethics. Oh, right, a parallel universe!
